Yes I have been a bit poorly lately. Blogging is not easy when feeling poorly. Feeling a little better now. And I want to thank some people who have made me feel better. The people who have actually bothered to find out what Cyclothymic disorder is. The person who leaves me nice messages and texts. My work and one person from there who has made me look at things in a different light.
Some people have really not helped at all, but I am not going to go into that.
