Egg, bacon and leek pie


WHAT YOU NEED............
6oz shortcrust pastry
4oz leeks, washed and thinly sliced
6oz streaky bacon, diced
4 eggs
salt and pepper
pinch freshly grated nutmeg

TO MAKE............
Set oven to 400of/ gas mark 6. line a 7 inch round pie dish with pastry. Place the thinly sliced leeks on the pastry, then layer the bacon and lastly break the 4 eggs on top. season, add the nutmeg and cover with a thin layer of pastry. Bake for 40 min. Enjoy!
