It was a bit wet, but we made the most of it. See I can now go to Glasto without feeling bad that the kids wont have a holiday! The caravan was great and over looking the sea, to fall asleep with the sound of the waves is so peaceful. We went to the sea life centre which was cool, the kids are really into Nature so this suits them down to the ground. And later on in the week we went to Bewilderwood ( linky )This is a environmentally friendly adventure park. I would recommend it to everyone. The place was so cute! With lots of little doors in trees for the Twiggles! All the food was locally produced and all organic, yum yum.
I wanted to take some scraping stuff on holiday but I thought Kev might go MAD! I didn't even take a sketch book, man it was so hard!!! I had really bad withdrawals!
So I am back now and the count down for Glasto is on (19 days!)I feel like I cant relax and get excited because there is so much going before and so much I need to do. Like Callum has cub camp, Ruth's bubba is due, Dads birthday, Fathers day, 1 CJ entry to do and one CJ to make. And getting the kids stuff ready for staying at the grandparents for 5 days!!!!!!! Oh I have some huge lists going on!
Anyway last night I sat down and made this
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAWN!!!
I have been meaning to try this technique ever since I saw Shimelle do it at Ally Pally. I am chuffed with the result!
